Esso Gas Stations – Pressure Washing & Soft Washing

Problem

Multiple Esso gas stations across the region required an intensive cleaning of both the store exteriors and fueling areas. These high-traffic zones had visible grime, oil stains, and environmental buildup. A key challenge was completing the project without disrupting business operations or foot traffic during the day.

Solution

Alblaster collaborated with Orca Asphalt Maintenance to complete the cleaning of six Esso stations over six consecutive nights. Retail storefronts and fuel canopies were soft-washed to remove surface-level buildup without damaging signage or materials. Degreasing agents were then applied to oil and gas stains before hot water pressure washing was used to surface clean all concrete and asphalt areas. This process also served as preparation for upcoming asphalt sealing.

Results

Each location was cleaned thoroughly and safely without disrupting daily operations. By working overnight, our team ensured safety for customers and staff while delivering high-impact results. This project is an example of strategic scheduling and the effective combination of commercial pressure washing and soft washing for retail fueling stations.
