North Vancouver, Adler Street Pressure Washing
ABOUT THE PROJECT
North Vancouver, Adler Street – Pressure Washing
Problem
The city of North Vancouver required a full cleaning of an 11-foot high retaining wall—3 feet of concrete and 8 feet of glass—that extended over a 2300-foot pathway overlooking the North Vancouver harbour. The wall had accumulated grime and was in need of both aesthetic and functional maintenance. The challenge was the lack of water access along the entire route.
Solution
Alblaster deployed mobile water trucks to support the soft washing process, followed by a hot water pressure rinse to ensure deep cleaning of both concrete and glass surfaces. This solution allowed the team to effectively clean the full length of the wall without compromising quality or coverage.
Results
The wall was restored to a clean and visually appealing state, significantly improving the look and safety of the public pathway. The North Vancouver maintenance board was highly satisfied with the outcome. This project exemplifies the adaptability and quality of Alblaster’s pressure washing services in public and municipal environments.
