Problem

Kwantlen Polytechnic University required a thorough exterior cleaning of two of its campuses in Cloverdale before the academic year began. Dirt buildup, weather exposure, and student foot traffic left surfaces stained and in need of refreshment.

Solution

Alblaster deployed soft washing techniques on all siding, awnings, and windows, utilizing a 45-foot boom lift for safe access to elevated areas. Simultaneously, our crews performed high-pressure surface cleaning of all campus entrances and staircases, using hot water to remove deep-seated grime.

Results

Both campuses were cleaned ahead of schedule and looked clean, bright, and ready for students’ return. This project showcased our ability to efficiently handle multi-building university campuses using a combination of commercial soft washing and pressure washing, ensuring a clean and welcoming academic environment.
