Vancouver Strata, Lu’ma, Main St – Soft Washing

In the heart of Vancouver’s downtown Eastside, our final Lu’ma Native housing budiling wash of the season was infact the most challenging! With the right plan and safety measures in place we were very happy with the finished product.

First we had to outsource a safety officer representing Translink and second we used traffic control to block and guide the street lane and the sidewalk below.

We used our 85ft boom lift to access all sides of this building as heavy black dust rinsed off from the siding and windows. The tenants were so glad to look out their freshly cleaned windows and see the transformation of the building.
