68 Ave – Surrey Roof Cleaning

The strata Clayton Rise in Surrey requested a roof / window cleaning for there 143-unit strata! They goal was to extend the longevity of their roof while enhancing the visual appeal of the entire property.
Our crews started the roof cleaning process by scraping all the moss on the roofs. We then followed this scrapping with a leaf blow to remove any loose debris and clear interior gutters at the same time. Once the roofs were finished being prepped, we then sprayed the asphalt roof with our roof cleaning mixture. Post-application, we then leave the rest to mother nature. We entrusted the natural elements, harnessing the power of sunlight and rain to achieve optimal results. Typically, within 4-5 weeks, the roofs regain their pristine appearance.
