Lu’ma Native Housing Society – Alblaster Pressure Washing/Soft Washing

This building is home to residential tenants, medical offices, commercial businesses, and the head office of Lu’ma Native Housing Society in Vancouver. Using ladders and a 45ft boom lift, we soft-washed the full exterior of the building, including each individual balcony. After the soft washing of the building is complete, each window is scrubbed using water-fed tucker poles. This water runs through deionized water filters, leaving you with a spot free dry every time. All concrete sidewalks and walkways were included in this process, leaving the entire property looking brand new and clean from top to bottom.
