Problem

With the new academic year approaching, Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond needed a full exterior clean. Dirt, dust, and environmental buildup had dulled the appearance of the building’s siding, skylights, and windows.

Solution

Using our commercial soft washing process and a 45-foot boom lift, the Alblaster team treated all vertical surfaces, skylights, and window areas. This was followed by a hot water pressure rinse to remove grime and improve clarity. Our soft washing solution ensured no damage to the building’s finishes.

Results

The Richmond campus was fully cleaned on schedule and ready for students’ return. Our work improved the property’s curb appeal while maintaining safety and care for the structure.
