Problem

Located at one of the busiest intersections in Richmond, the TD Bank branch had accumulated grime on its high exterior walls and windows. The property needed a safe, efficient soft washing solution without disrupting pedestrian traffic or daily banking operations.

Solution

Alblaster began work early in the morning to minimize disruption and maximize safety for foot traffic. Using a scissor lift, our team accessed the 30-foot tall building facade and applied our soft washing solution. This was followed by a hot water pressure rinse. Each window was then scrubbed with water-fed tucker poles using deionized water to ensure a spot-free finish.

Results

The TD Bank building was left clean, bright, and professional-looking, with all work zones safely managed. This project is a clear example of commercial soft washing and pressure washing carried out effectively in a high-traffic urban setting.
