West Vancouver Strata, Folkstone Way – Soft Washing

A Strata in West Vancouver approached us to clean 42 units within their gated community. In just 8 days, using an 85ft boom lift, we applied our soft washing methods to all siding, windows, trim, balconies, and rooftops. After the soft washing of the building is complete, each window is scrubbed using water-fed tucker poles. This water runs through deionized water filters, leaving you with a spot free dry every time. All residents within this community were very impressed with how new their buildings came out! Our crews on the ground surface also cleaned each resident’s garage pads and all curbing throughout the entire property.
